This is a full-time on-site role located in Gainesville, FL for a Sales Manager at Stanton Optical. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals, training staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing day-to-day sales operations and driving revenue growth.

• Oversee the sales team and manage day-to-day sales operations
• Set and monitor sales goals and targets
• Train, mentor, and develop staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address service issues
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies

• Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in setting and achieving sales goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends
• Knowledge of the eyewear industry is a plus
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
