Onsite Endoscopic Specialist

KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America seeks an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to support advanced endoscopic and surgical imaging systems within a hospital or clinical setting. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical resource for physicians, nurses, and OR staff-installing, configuring, and maintaining endoscopy equipment, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring optimal system performance during procedures. You will train clinical users, coordinate service with internal teams, and uphold strict quality, safety, and sterilization standards while representing our culture of innovation and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite technical expert for KARL STORZ endoscopic and surgical imaging systems in clinical settings
• Install, configure, and maintain endoscopy equipment and related components
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and support during procedures to ensure minimal downtime
• Train physicians, nurses, and OR staff on safe and effective use of equipment
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and service with internal teams and vendors
• Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory, and sterilization/reprocessing standards
• Document service activities, issues, and resolutions accurately and on time
• Build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders and represent KARL STORZ's quality standards
