Security Officer Patrol Driver Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related concerns;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and provide a visible presence to help support loss prevention efforts and orderly operations;
Assist with de-escalation, directions, and general assistance for guests and/or staff while following Allied Universal post orders and client guidelines
