Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter;
Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel;
Assist with access control, visitor inquiries, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location
