Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and experienced Skid Steer Operator to safely and efficiently operate skid steer equipment on various job sites. This role is critical to our operations and involves trenching, minor grading, digging, relocating rock, and moving materials to support project timelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate skid steer equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Load, unload, and transport materials around job sites.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- 1+ year of experience operating a skid steer (construction or industrial environment preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pull a trailer loaded with the skid steer and material.
- Ability to read site plans and follow directions accurately.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
