We’re seeking a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in servicing, maintaining, repairing HVAC units. As a vital member of our team, you’ll handle the service of commercial HVAC equipment, employing your expertise in larger commercial HVAC arenas, and if you’re passionate about ensuring top‑note indoor air comfort and thrive in a dynamic work environment this is the place for you, apply today!

• Service commercial HVAC equipment (DX, AAON, Chill Water, RTPU, Split Systems, etc).
• Perform control wiring and experienced in start‑up procedures.
• Inspect and make adjustments to new equipment operations to ensure reliable indoor air comfort.
• Handle operation, reclaim, and charging of refrigerants.
• Solder and braze new copper piping, as well as replace PVC piping for condensation.
• Maintain inventory and supplies of air conditioning and refrigeration truck stock.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to make repairs to HVAC equipment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining, repairing, and servicing HVAC units.
• Strong knowledge of safety precautions associated with HVAC work.
• Required permits and licenses to repair, maintain, and operate refrigeration and HVAC systems (EPA 608 Certified).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work duties.
• Sound professional judgment and commitment to ethics and confidentiality with proprietary agreements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift items weighing as much as 100 pounds and maneuver in tight spaces.
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending electrical and mechanical plans and wiring diagrams (Electrical: high and low voltage).
• MSHA certification. (Annually in October)
