UF Health - - Responsibilities:
Maintain chilled water, air handling units, and fan coil units through regularly scheduled preventative maintenance;
Perform coil cleanings, filter changes, test and balance activities, sensor calibrations, and UV bulb replacements;
Trouble shoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems;
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and operations manuals;
Work on VAV boxes, building control systems and pneumatic air systems
