PPM Solar in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Solar Technician I to join our Field Operations team. This full-time on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy in installing solar panels, racking, and PV layouts, and the ability to work at heights with ladders and PPE.
You will interpret blueprints and site plans and contribute to efficient solar installations that meet PPM's standards. Ideal candidates have at least 1+ year on rooftops, hands-on experience with installations, and a proactive mindset.
