MAA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Florida to perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, electrical fixtures, plumbing, and carpentry, as well as preparing apartments for move‑in.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, and EPA Type II or Universal certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
