MAA Magnolia Parke is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to service and repair apartment homes and property facilities. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, electrical appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and locks while following a preventative maintenance schedule.
EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification is required or obtained within 90 days of hire, with a valid driver’s license.
