Responsibilities
- Respond to alarms and emergencies with appropriate actions.
- Communicates and works with all departments in performing routine work in the facility.
Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position.
Minimum
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Must have minimum four years of experience in general maintenance (preferably in hospital setting) and working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electro‑mechanical systems. Education in related field can substitute for experience.
- Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:
None provided - Licensure/Certification/Registration: A valid Florida driver's license.
