• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of professional, full‑time‑equivalent experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment

Performs inspections, tests, diagnoses, installs, repairs, replaces, and services electronic components for automated ranges and related systems, ensuring safety and operational readiness.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting and diagnosing automated ranges, targets, and safety issues, including motors, gears, switches, sensors, wiring harnesses, and electronic circuitry.
• Removing, transporting, installing, replacing parts, and servicing automated range components and equipment such as radios, batteries, network switches, surge suppressors, and gas regulators.
• Modifying or upgrading automated ranges, targets, and related equipment.
• Writing scenarios to support proper target operation.
• Providing rapid direct range support by diagnosing and correcting faults to minimize downtime.
• Operating a variety of testing equipment and tools, including electronic, electrical, and signal testers, hand and power tools, forklifts, soldering and brazing equipment, while adhering to safety regulations.
• Documenting materials used and completing work orders promptly.
• Performing automated tower support operations, including startup, operation, and troubleshooting of malfunction procedures.
• Traveling to support automated range operations for the FL RTLP Program and related FLNG units.

• Knowledge of procedures, techniques, equipment, and tools for installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic equipment.
• Understanding of electronic equipment components and design requirements.
• Skill in using specialized tools and equipment for installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to identify and repair electronic malfunctions.
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
• Ability to work independently and plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
• Strong communication skills.
