University of Florida on Main Campus (Gainesville, FL) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead HVAC mechanics in operation, maintenance and repair of building systems. Requires five years’ relevant experience or an approved apprenticeship, with EPA 2, NCCER Level 4 HVAC or NATE certifications preferred. Manage budgets, staff, and safety processes to meet high standards.
Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with on-call duties as needed. Applications close Aug 4, 2026.
