Must-Have Qualifications (Read Before Applying)
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License:
    Clean driving record required.
  • Physical Stamina:
    Comfort performing heavy physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, shoveling, grading) outdoors in Florida heat.
  • Reliability:
    Dependable transportation to our Gainesville shop for early morning rollout.
  • Experience:

    Prior experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, grading, or heavy outdoor construction.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Installing trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, rock, and landscape materials.
  • Assisting with site prep, grading, digging, bed shaping, and cleanup tasks.
  • Operating tools and machinery safely (wheelbarrows, trenchers, power equipment, hand tools).
  • Working alongside your Crew Leader to complete custom residential and commercial jobs on schedule.
