Schedule: Typical start is 6:00 AM; shifts run until the daily job is finished (no strict end time)

The Role

We are looking for experienced, motivated, and reliable Concrete Finishers to join our crew full-time. In this role, you will be hands-on from start to finish—setting up forms, pouring, and finishing concrete to our high quality standards.

Because concrete waits for no one, our schedule requires flexibility. We kick off early at 6:00 AM, and we work until the job is done right. If you love a job where the day flies by and you aren't staring at a clock, this is it.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and build concrete forms according to project specifications.
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using rakes, shovels, and hand tools.
• Finish concrete surfaces using trowels, floats, screeds, and brooms (residential slabs, driveways, patios, walkways, and commercial applications).
• Monitor weather and concrete curing times to ensure a flawless finish.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, including proper care of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with the rest of the crew to meet daily project goals.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in forming and finishing concrete (both residential and commercial experience is highly valued).
• Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job—heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in the Florida heat.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and dependable transportation to the job site or meeting point in Lake Butler.
• Flexibility: Understanding that hours are dictated by the job and the pour. You must be comfortable with a standard 6:00 AM start and working until the daily goal is accomplished.
