Description
Spherion Gainesville, FL has a local, well-respected HVAC business seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their driven and customer-focused team! Position:
Direct Hire opportunity for permanent placement, Full Time position
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday, hours vary On-Call Rotation:
To cover weekends Salary: $25.00 -$35.00/hr
- Depending on Experience
- Bonuses, PTO, 401K.
- Benefits available after qualifying period
- Install, maintain, and repair diverse HVAC systems (AC, heating, ventilation).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
- Propose solutions for equipment problems.
- Conduct regular system inspections.
- Manage parts inventory and ordering.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and on a team
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA certified
- 5 to 7 verifiable years of HVAC experience with installation, maintenance and trouble shooting
- Proficient with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and gas line systems
- Experience with residential and light industrial systems
