Mallard Fire Protection LLC is a small, family-owned fire sprinkler contractor based in North Central Florida.
Our work includes new construction, renovations, modifications, inspections, repairs, and service work. This is a hands-on position for someone with solid fire sprinkler experience who can take responsibility for getting the job done correctly and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Install, modify, repair, and service fire sprinkler systems.
- Perform work on new construction, renovation, and service projects.
- Maintain good workmanship and follow applicable codes, plans, and company standards.
- Assist in Identifying problems or changing conditions in the field and communicate them to management.
- Help with system testing, inspections, and troubleshooting when needed.
- Keep tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized.
The right person should be:
- Dependable and punctual.
- Able to communicate well and ask questions when something is unclear.
- Organized and willing to keep things moving.
- Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.
Because we are a small workforce, the work can vary greatly from day to day. Plans can change, jobs can get delayed, or an unexpected service call may come up. We need someone who is flexible and willing to adjust as needed.
We are a small family-owned company where ownership is directly involved in the day-to-day business and field work. We keep our management structure small, which means you'll work directly with the owners and have a real opportunity to have an impact on the work we do.

Requirements- Valid driver's license.
- Able to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas.
- Able to perform physically demanding construction work.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
