The Alachua Academy in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Night Coach Counselor to provide safety and support for youth 12-18 in residential care. You will mentor youth, monitor behaviors, and assist with educational, social, and recreational activities, collaborating with staff to meet treatment goals.
We offer $19.00/hour with 4 hours guaranteed overtime per pay period and a $1,000 bonus after completing Essential Skills Training within 90 days.
