Job DescriptionSystem Admin Duties:
Provide primary administrative support for the college’s web-based CRM solution (Salesforce). This will include providing end user support, custom business solution enhancements, data integrations, reporting.
Salesforce enhancement/development projects:
Assist in gathering requirements and project specifications. Consult with business stakeholders, end users and development project team members to define, document, design, develop or enhance CRM features and custom applications. Custom Flow development, layouts and integration of third-party plug-ins.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and/or work with the appropriate IT resources to resolve them.
Develop end user training related to CRM functionality and best practices.
Develop internal technical documentation related to CRM development and enhancements.
Perform other duties in support of the department’s mission, as assigned by supervisor.
Expected Salary$80,000.00
Required QualificationsAssociate’s degree and two years of relevant Salesforce experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant Salesforce experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required Salesforce experience.
Preferred:Education and Training
Salesforce Administrator Certification(s) preferred
Technical Experience- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot marketing platforms preferred
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and Pardot marketing integrations
- Salesforce custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, custom views and other content of intermediate complexity on the Salesforce platform
- Lightning, APEX, SQL, SOQL and Visualforce development
- Experience with designing and implementing new Salesforce .orgs
- Data integrations with common web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, etc.)
- Git and versioning best practices
