Are you a recent CDL graduate finding it tough to get hired without OTR experience? We are currently seeking 18 new Class A drivers to join our team. We specialize in giving entry-level drivers the break they need to build a long-term, successful career on the road.

  Earn $1,300 - $1,600+ per week once you complete training and transition to a full-time role.
• Paid Training:
  Receive $650 per week during your initial 4-week OTR training phase. No home time during training.

  Operate late-model Freightliners (primarily automatics).

  Choose between Dry Van, Reefer, or Flatbed (includes free 5-day flatbed certification). No contracts required.

Do You Qualify?
We are hiring drivers who live North of the Tampa-to-Melbourne line.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited CDL Academy (120+ hours) within the last 2 years.
• Requirements:
  Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL and current DOT physical.
• Compliance:
  Ability to pass a background check and all DOT-mandated drug tests (urine/hair).
• Records:
  Must provide accident reports (last 5 years) and any tickets in the last 3 years.

The Onboarding Journey
After a quick phone interview to pre-qualify, we'll move you into orientation. We make it easy to get started by providing bus transportation to orientation (or gas reimbursement) and covering your meals while you're there. Once training is wrapped, you'll sit down with a terminal manager to pick your permanent route from our available openings.
