CDL Class B Driver

Position Overview

Heritage Landscape Supply is seeking a safety‑conscious, self‑motivated Local CDL Class B Driver to deliver products to customers and job sites within a maximum radius of the home branch. Deliveries start and end at the branch, no overnight stays, with overtime opportunities during busy seasons.

• Prioritize safety and comply with all DOT regulations while operating a commercial vehicle.
• Load, unload, and stage orders in a warehouse or job site environment.
• Deliver to customer sites and branch locations, unloading products as needed.
• Adhere to FMCSA regulations.
• Perform related duties such as stocking, order entry, shipping, receiving, and more.
• Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records: obtain signed delivery receipts, record tracking information, and complete driver logs and truck performance forms.

• Valid CDL Class B license.
• Safe driving record with no hit‑&‑run, DWI/DUI convictions in the last three years; accidents or severe violations in the last year will be reviewed.
• Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations are a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Forklift experience helpful; other truck experience acceptable.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Pass a background check, pre‑employment drug test, and DOT physical.
