Driver Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

• Employer paid travel weekly, up to 4 nights a week with meal per diem. Consistent work schedule and travel options available
• Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour

• Travel weekly to customer locations across the region with the team.
• Driver responsibilities include safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders when needed.
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

• At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Availability for flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and late nights.

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coach, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
