CDL-A Truck Drivers No Touch $90-$112K/Yr (Full Time) – OTR Van

CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers interested in earning $90-$112K per year, working 40 weeks and off 12 weeks (i.e., 9 months on, 3 months off), running no touch freight.

We are 100% no touch freight and 85% drop and hook.

• CDL-A Drivers must have 12 months OTR experience in the last 8 months, with at least 2 of those months driving in winter conditions in the Midwest or Northeast. Driving across the country on I-40 doesn’t count.
• All trucks are on average 18 months old and come with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV and XM radio. All are either Freightliners, KW or Internationals.
• Drivers will run the following states; at the end of their 21 days, they park at a company facility in OH or PA or NC and the company pays their flight home and back. The truck is not slip‑seated while you are gone.
• States: IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, NJ, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA and TN. No service in NY.
• Starting pay is based on experience and, if you have hazmat, ranges from $0.67–$0.72 CPM.
• All freight is no touch and 85% is drop and hook.
• Full benefits start after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k) and more.

In short, it is a great job, with great benefits and pays very well. The requirements are very strict:

• No DOT Preventable Recordable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and none major (includes personal and commercial).
• No more than 2 incidents, with a total of moving violations and accidents not exceeding 3.
• No major moving violations such as 15+ over, reckless, lane violation, etc. in the last 3 years.
• No DUI in the last 8 years and only one in a lifetime.
• Cannot have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of how long ago it occurred.
• All felonies and misdemeanors must be at least 10 years old.

This is the top equipment, the top pay, the top home time, and by giving the best the best is required. This is your retirement job.
