• Report to the warehouse manager as directed on all warehouse duties.
• Groundskeeping and minor maintenance.
• Vehicle cleaning and maintenance.

• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen
• Proficient with minor carpentry and handy work
• Proven track record of integrity
• Ability to lift more than 50 – 100 pounds throughout the day
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, push/pull for a minimum of 8 hours
• Team player and strong ability to follow directions
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/background test
• Arrive on time and work complete shifts consistently
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

The compensation range for this position is $15-$20 per hour, based on experience. This position is full-time (40 hours a week) and on-site in our Gainesville office. Compensation will be reassessed based on performance after the first 90 days.
