Administrative Assistant IV
The University of North Georgia is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant IV. Under the leadership of the unit supervisor, the administrative assistant provides budgetary and administrative support and oversight for functions related to the Institute's operations. This position is a P-card holder. In addition to background checks for all cardholders, O.C.G.A. § 50-5-83 requires a credit check on all employees issued a purchasing card.
Additionally, credit checks must be run at the time of Pcard renewal. Please be advised that any offer of employment is contingent upon your eligibility to work in the United States. Responsibilities include budget management, administrative oversight, and service roles. The position has financial responsibilities and requires a purchasing card (P-Card). This role is not considered a position of trust and does not require driving or travel.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and 1.5 years of clerical or administrative experience.
The proposed salary is: $19.72-$21.69 hour.
