ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal and external clients in developing business requirements
- Develop analytic processes through learning and understanding data
- Identify, analyze, prioritize and resolve client data quality
- Perform cause analysis and resolution to data processing and data quality
- Provide output data and reporting upon
- Collaborate with users to gather data and reporting requirements and ensure proper testing and validation.
- Run electronic file updates in production for
- Experience in the PBM industry or retail pharmacy strongly
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data manipulation within Excel, and more complex Excel functions
- Working knowledge of R&R for ad-hoc reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication
- Ability to work in a team
- Highly organized and motivated, with excellent time management
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe Business Analyst position requires sitting, standing and occasional light lifting.
