Assistant Project Manager

Position Summary

The assistant project manager is responsible for assisting in coordination of projects including but not limited to quantitytracking, budget management, scheduling and overseeing operations for sitedevelopment projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or engineering (preferred)
• Minimum of TWO years experience in construction with a focus on grading, storm drainage, and utilities
• Excellent communication, accounting, and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills

• Reviewplans, perform quantity takeoffs, collect bids, and assist with preparingestimates
• Preconstructiontasks
• Managesubcontractors
• Organize and schedule construction operations
• Ensure production, quality and safety standards are met
• Coordinateutility providers
• Providedaily and weekly logs and performance summary reports
• Documentcontrol of plan changes, submittals, correspondence, change orders, and pay applications
• Abilityto travel to multiple project locations (mileage reimbursement provided.)
