Position Responsibilities- Support customers with special pricing requests, addressing pricing inquiries and recommending tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.
- Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.
- Collaborate across Uline's internal departments to meet our customer's needs.
- High School Diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years inside sales or call center experience.
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Industrial products experience preferred.
