Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, HelpDesk/Support, Call Center / Support
Location: Gainesville, Georgia
CoWorx is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Gainesville, GA area! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inquiries via phone and e‑mail, processing customer requests accurately, promptly and efficiently, as well as resolving issues; all by following defined procedures, using analytical and critical thinking skills as well as exercising some independent judgment.
Shift: Day shift Monday to Friday. RESUME IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls, emails and text messages from customers
- Partner with our customers and other departments to resolve issues
- Process customer requests, including new service, scheduling services, etc.
- Make outbound collection calls, emails and text messages
- Able to think fast, find answers and respond quickly to customer inquiries
- Must be able to multi-task, maintain organization and complete tasks
- Proper telephone and email etiquette is a must
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- At least 1 year of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to master new systems and to enter data quickly and accurately, filing documents, updating customer profiles/accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual Preferred (English and Spanish a PLUS)
