Customer Service Representative (Logistics) Join a Growing Logistics Team

Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping coordinate shipments, provide transportation solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience from pickup to delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the transportation and logistics industry.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing outstanding service.
  • Provide LTL transportation quotes and assist customers with shipment setup and booking.
  • Coordinate and schedule pickups with transportation carriers.
  • Monitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers.
  • Perform pre-dispatch audits to ensure shipment accuracy and prevent service disruptions.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally while escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate customer and shipment information within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to ensure efficient freight movement.
  • Support company initiatives and promote a culture centered around customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Knowledge of LTL shipping processes and carrier coordination.
