Customer Service Representative (Logistics) Join a Growing Logistics Team

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping coordinate shipments, provide transportation solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience from pickup to delivery. What You'll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing outstanding service.
- Provide LTL transportation quotes and assist customers with shipment setup and booking.
- Coordinate and schedule pickups with transportation carriers.
- Monitor shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Perform pre-dispatch audits to ensure shipment accuracy and prevent service disruptions.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally while escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment information within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to ensure efficient freight movement.
- Support company initiatives and promote a culture centered around customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology platforms.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain operations.
- Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Knowledge of LTL shipping processes and carrier coordination.
