Bilingual Oral Surgery Appointment Scheduler (Spanish/English)

Schedule: Tuesday‑Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
OverviewOral Surgery of Georgia is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Appointment Scheduler to support our oral surgery patients. This role focuses on scheduling appointments, handling patient calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Schedule and confirm oral surgery appointment.
- Answer patient calls in Spanish and English.
- Verify patient and insurance information.
- Document interactions accurately.
- Provide a positive, professional patient experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal).
- Healthcare, dental, or call center experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working remotely after training.
