Shift: (Mondays | 8 AM – 5 PM) (Tuesdays | 8 AM – 7 PM) (Wednesdays + Thursdays | 8 AM – 12 PM)

• Have a high school diploma or GED (customer service experience is a plus!).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Communicate professionally with the public, internal customers, and external customers.
• Resolve complicated issues involving customer service and research governing policies, procedures, or laws for clients or visitors.
• Talk with clients, make appointments, print WIC vouchers, and work on reports to build and maintain caseload, supply, and office inventory.
• Interpret as needed.
