Lead provider opportunity in an established outpatient dental practice. Deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a modern, patient-centered environment. Established patient base with experienced clinical and administrative support. Opportunity to maximize production while building long-term patient relationships. Four-day work week with no weekends or call responsibilities.

Compensation includes 36% production-based compensation, daily guarantee, and a retention bonus after one year.

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, manage multiple operatories efficiently, develop long-term relationships with patients, collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative staff, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
