Practice Overview:
EMR Platform

EPIC
Outpatient Only in Gainesville, Georgia
Treating ages 18 years and up for

Concierge Medicine
Reduced patient capacity to ensure adequate time with each patient
Patient walk-in access and same day/next day appointments
Access to lab services and EKG
Support of local specialists, including expedited labs, pharmacist-led medication overview, and nutrition counseling
Standard adult immunizations
Adequate support staff to maintain customer experience
Working together with Physicians like you:
BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Minimum of

three years of experience preferred
Strong desire to spend more time with patients and provide personalized, relationship-based care
Must be available for patient needs after hours and on weekends
Work closely with medical community to ensure smooth transition of care to hospital or specialists
Entrepreneurially minded
Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
