Job Summary:
Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, control loops, and safety/security systems. Defines, develops, administers, and refines the preventive/predictive maintenance program. Reduces and improves maintenance work wherever feasible; assuring efficient and productive operation of plant, process and equipment; while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets; all at the least (optimal) cost practical. Provides technical advice to maintenance and proprietors.
Serving in a staff capacity, the function relieves maintenance supervisors and planner/schedulers of those responsibilities, which are engineering in nature. Reliability engineering is dedicated to addressing day-to-day problems of the maintenance organization.
What will make you successful?
Required:
5+ years in manufacturing as an reliability engineer, managing capital project life cycles. Experience in plant electrical projects, equipment installation, and hand-off to operations. Collaborative experience in cross-functional teams. Bachelors of Engineering Preferred:
