Controller Role

A growing environmental services organization in the Gainesville, Georgia area is seeking an experienced Controller to support multi-site operations and work closely with field leadership to enhance financial and operational performance.

• Produce accurate and timely monthly financial statements for multiple sites and coordinate with external auditors on year-end requests and inquiries.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts and partner with general managers to drive operational and financial performance.
• Track key performance indicators and recommend margin and cost improvements, oversee management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis, and provide financial support to multiple sites within the region.

• Multiple years of experience supporting several locations within a comparable route-based service organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and experience with intercompany transactions.

Compensation $100,000 - $130,000 a year
