• Lead and supervise a dedicated team, addressing employee concerns and ensuring smooth credit operations.
• Manage accounts receivable and collection activities, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with procedures.
• Conduct thorough reviews of credit applications, evaluating customers' financial status and establishing appropriate credit limits.
• Proactively reach out to customers regarding overdue payments, facilitating discussions to encourage timely settlements.
• Document all customer interactions and collection efforts accurately.
• Analyze collection reports to assess the effectiveness of current strategies and recommend improvements.
• Organize collections workload based on account delinquency and delegate responsibilities among team members.
• Prepare necessary documentation for legal action when collections become severe and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain organized customer files securely, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Implement daily bookkeeping checklists and ensure timely deposit of cash receipts.
• Promote and uphold company values of helping others and excellence in service.

High School Diploma or GED, along with three years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, loan processing, or collections. A valid State Driver's License is necessary.
