As a barber or hairstylist at Tune Up "The Manly Salon," your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering top-notch haircuts and grooming services.
• Perfecting beard trims, shaves, and facial treatments.
• Providing manicures, pedicures, and waxing services. (cosmetologists)
• Enhancing clients' skin with invigorating facials.
• Recommending and selling premium grooming products.
• Encouraging membership sales to benefit both clients and yourself.

• Valid barber or cosmetology license required
• 1+ year of professional barbering/styling experience preferred
• Strong skills in men's haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and styling
• Comfortable working with different hair textures and styles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Able to maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Knowledge of sanitation and salon safety requirements
• Able to recommend appropriate hairstyles and grooming services
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new techniques and trends
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base
• Must follow salon policies and standards
