At Elevation Autism, our SLP roles are built with collaboration, clinical excellence, and work-life balance in mind. You will provide early intervention speech and feeding therapy to children ages 1-6 in a center-based, multidisciplinary environment. Work-LifeBalance & Schedule
- Full-time position with 4-day or 5-day work week options
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Minimum expectation: 30 treatment hours per week (120 hours per month)
- Reduced minimum expectation for your first month to provide a low-stress onboarding experience

This role may be filled by either a fully licensed SLP (CCC‑SLP) or a Clinical Fellow (CF). Once a CF obtains certification, there is a corresponding base salary increase.
Base Salary:
- CCC‑SLP: $75,000–$85,000 per year
- Clinical Fellow (CF): $65,000+ per year
Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity:
All SLPs and CFs participate in our structured bonus model.
- Required baseline: 30 treatment hours per week (120 hours per month)
- Opportunity to provide additional treatment hours beyond 30 per week
- Maximum of 37 treatment hours per week (148 hours per month)
By increasing treatment hours, clinicians can earn:
- Up to an additional $1,680 per month
- Up to an additional $20,160 per year
Clinical Fellow:
Base Salary: $65k+ | Total Potential Earnings: $85K+
Speech Language Pathologist:
Base Salary: $75K-$85K | Total Potential Earnings: $95k-$105k
This model allows clinicians to customize their workload and earning potential while maintaining clinical quality and balance.
Location & Transition PlanThis position supports our Northeast Georgia region (Gainesville, Cumming, Dacula). The role includes short-term regional coverage while clinic caseloads are being established. As caseloads grow, the position transitions into a permanent, full-time placement at a single clinic location.
