Certified Medication Aide

Position: Certified Medication Aide- Full Time
Pruitt Health -  -  - Responsibilities:
Administers the medications and treatments, according to the scheduled times, following the medication administration protocol.;
Understands and appropriately documents on the 24 hour communication reports.;
Understands the resident alert status and documents appropriately in the residents record.;
Understands and implements an interim service plan, in the absence of Charge Nurse, Unit Manager/Director Health Services, as care needs arise.;
Notifies Charge Nurse, Unit Manager/Director Health Services of resident changes of condition.
