Social Worker – Georgia Hospice Care

Georgia Hospice Care seeks qualified hospice medical social workers to provide psychosocial evaluations, ongoing counsel, bereavement services, and community education outreach. Working in accordance with the plan of care, you will offer physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and families when it is needed most.

• Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education
• Licensure: Current state license as a social worker
• Experience: 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice
• Requirements: Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
