ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing Dietary Education and Diabetes self-management education and training to individuals and groups according to the Scope of Practice, Standards of Practice, and Standards of Professional performance for Diabetes Educators (ADCES).
Qualifications- 1. One (1) year experience providing diabetes education to individuals and/or groups
- 2. ADCES certification or eligible for certification and will complete within six months
- 4. Registered Dietitian OR
- Registered Nurse with current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nursing Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate License
