As a Mental Health Multisystemic Therapist, you'll to provide evidence-based therapeutic services to youth and families. In this role, you will assess, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans that empower clients to navigate life’s challenges, improve their well-being, and strengthen family relationships. Compensation

This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.

Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience (QP through Licensed Clinician).

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
  • Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
  • Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
  • Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements:

    Candidates possessing aMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Qualified Professional
  • License Eligible ( LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT)
  • Full License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with youth and families.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
