Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (base) + Bonus

About the RoleWe are seeking a fantastic Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join a growing and collaborative law firm with offices in Gainesville and Canton, Georgia
. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about representing injured clients and wants to grow within a supportive, high-quality plaintiff-side practice.
The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and capable of handling personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications- Handle personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigation and resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
- Conduct legal research and case strategy analysis
- Manage depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
- Collaborate closely with paralegals and firm staff
- Active Georgia Bar membership (required)
- Personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
- Competitive Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)

Compensation is based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000
