• Build strong customer relationships and create “Customers for Life.”
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections including pre‑ and post‑construction treatments and monitoring of termite bait systems.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Work safely and efficiently by adhering to safety standards and operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Starting hourly rate $18, company vehicle, and company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.).
