Overview
Do you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and making a real impact behind the scenes? Join our team and help keep our hotel running smoothly and safely!
Starting pay: $18/hour and up. Supportive team environment.
Responsibilities- Performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and light cosmetic updates
- Supporting safety inspections and compliance efforts
- Responding to occasional maintenance emergencies (on-call rotation)
- Assisting a nearby sister property when needed (minimal travel, fully compensated)
You’ll work independently most days, but always have the support of a friendly, experienced hotel team.
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For- Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally more)
- Comfortable with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
- Available for occasional after-hours or emergency calls
- Organized and tech-savvy—able to track tasks using a maintenance app
