Are you a hands-on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving customer challenges, and working directly in an industrial environment? We're looking for a Service Technician to support our customers at poultry facilities in and around Gainesville, Georgia.

What You'll DoInstall, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical feed and monitoring equipment

Manage onsite product inventory and safely transfer chemical products as needed

Perform routine testing and monitoring of treatment programs

Identify issues or opportunities and communicate them to the sales or engineering team Provide minor onsite customer support and relay customer concerns to internal teams

Adjust chemical feed rates to ensure optimal system performance

Maintain knowledge of spare parts and order replacements when needed

Maintain a clean and organized equipment area and follow customer housekeeping standards

Complete and maintain all required safety training for both Solenis and customer sites

What We're Looking For Technical experience in industrial maintenance, field service, manufacturing operations, or related environments.

Experience working in food and beverage settings preferred.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a customer-facing environment.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel locally to customer sites in Gainesville, Georgia and work in an industrial setting.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $52,760.00 and $77,374.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
