Portable Restroom Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Portable Restroom Field Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for servicing, delivering, and maintaining portable restrooms and related equipment at various customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver, service, and pick up portable restrooms.

• Pump, clean, and sanitize portable restrooms according to company standards.

• Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and deodorizers.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on portable restrooms and equipment.

• Inspect units for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Communicate effectively with customers and provide high-quality customer service.

• Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.

• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and DOT regulations.

• Work in varying weather conditions and lift/move heavy equipment.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Experience in portable sanitation, waste management, or a related field is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position with a workweek of 40-50 hours, including occasional weekends and overtime as needed.
