Key Responsibilities:

* Machine Setup:

* Press Operation:
Operate presses (e.g., offset, hydraulic, stamping, or molding presses) to produce quality products while meeting production targets.

* Quality Control:
Inspect products regularly during the press cycle to ensure they meet quality standards. Make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.

* Maintenance:
Perform routine machine maintenance such as lubrication, tool replacement, and cleaning. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report more serious issues to the maintenance team.

* Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

* Documentation:
Maintain accurate production and inspection records, including production numbers, downtime, and machine issues.

* Troubleshooting:
Identify and address issues such as misfeeds, jams, or defects during production, and make the necessary machine adjustments or call for assistance as needed.

* Collaboration:

Work closely with supervisors, quality control staff, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency and resolve any production challenges.
