Production Team Lead – Quality, Safety & Efficiency

What We Do

FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance‑defining products and systems for customers worldwide. Our premium brand, performance‑defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side‑by‑side vehicles, on‑road vehicles with and without off‑road capabilities, off‑road vehicles and trucks, all‑terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Some of our products are specifically designed for and marketed to a variety of leading cycling and powered vehicle original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs"), while others are distributed to consumers through a global dealer and distribution network.

Leads and motivates team to ensure quality performance, cost parameters, accuracy and speed. Arranges daily team meetings to focus on smooth workflow and timely delivery. Trains new workers on department processes and operation of specific equipment.

• Plans, assigns and coordinates workload across the team
• Maintains continuity between work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Resolves operational or manufacturing problems
• Ensures daily preventative maintenance takes place
• Trains new workers as required
• Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards
• Facilitates problem solving

• Leadership skills
• Knowledge of machinery and software necessary for quality job performance

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Work Environment: Production/Manufacturing environment
• Physical Requirements: Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
• Lift up to 50 lbs. on regular basis
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
